Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: Completed the trade, he said he's going to send the money. Shortly afterwards, he cleared the history and likely blocked me (new messages unread).

Via private messages he has now admitted that it's their mistake because they don't use telegram anymore, yet it's still listed in their buy thread as a means of communication...
Or they do, but not always ("Since few people use it,sometimes our staff don’t login it.") - but usernames are unique and other people can't just use their account...

Unfortunately, since the seller clearly said that he does not trade through Telegram then we will dismiss this report.
