Your picture clearly shows that user has Discord nitro which allows him to copy my tag.

I don't use nitro

The following is taken from Discord support page: "You can claim any Tag that is available for your username. Every username+Tag combo must be unique, so we can't guarantee that a Tag will be available for you"
It is not possible to copy someones tag since it is unique. This is 100% you.
