Explain what happened:
The user promised me a full access account.

First he ignored me, then I got two accounts.

However, 2 different, which do not belong together.
So I don't have full access to it.

First, a Battlenet account (which he showed me on the screenshots) with an Activision account to which I had no access, but that was a requirement so that I buy this account.

The original owner of the account was still active on the account, just with a console.

What will happen if I had also played with the account, you can imagine.

The Activision data he gave me, so he probably wanted me to believe I have 100% access to the account, had absolutely nothing to do with the Battlenet account.

That was some very old account with nothing unlocked.

Thus, he has deliberately deceived me.

Regarding the change of access data.
Of course I have changed them.
This is the first thing you do when you buy an account.
After that I had to realize that the account is not even close to what the seller promised.
