Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: I order a service on their website, after a month they said they could not deliver it but when asked to reimburse they refused it! They do not reply anymore and deleted all their messages as if I had not taken any evidence of their scam.

Thanks for the screenshots. But I don't understand why you only opened a dispute now, something doesn't add up. Your dispute is for $700, but the value of 0.14 BTC on 12/13/2019 was approximately $1,013 USD which is a significant difference.

- You sent a payment of 0.14 BTC to Cakeboost on 12/13/2019
- One month later, you claim Cakeboost said they cannot deliver, bringing us to somewhere around 1/13/2019
- You only decided to post a scam report in March

Could you explain all of that?

Hi,
I ordered 2 things for 900 euros. The first one was delivered after 1-2 months worth 200 euros, but they never delivered the second one. They tried to sell me something else worth much less than what I wanted and indeed I would have never ordered anything if this second stuff could not be achieved, and I told them that right before ordering. I am not a hardcore player, I resumed Wow in October, by march I was done.
I tried to talk them into reimbursing me, but they said they never reimburse. But then I saw this post: https://www.ownedcore.com/forums/new...cakeboost.html ([Resolved] Dispute - CakeBoost), this is how I got to know this website indeed. Also I did not realize they were not doing anything because I was not playing Wow at this time, plus I preferred solving this issue between us before raising the issue and tarnish their images. But after quite some times trying to speak with them, I am done. They do not understand that not delivering means reimbursement.

- You sent $1,013 which is right around 911 EUR
- Your dispute is for $700 which is right around 630 EUR
- You claim they completed a service worth 200 EUR which is around $222

So if your story was to be true, you should be asking for closer to $800 back, not $700.

I'll need you to provide me with your order details such as order number and email receipt, without this I will dismiss your report.

You are right actually. I wrote 700$, it's more 700 euros. As I told before, they have deleted the whole conversation, but I have asked discord to restore it, hope they will do it.
I ordered a character level up and a ranking level up. They did the first one, I am not arguing, but never did any of the second. And I would have never ordered any of those two should I knew they could not deliver.
