Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: Paid almost immediately and he mentioned the gold would arrive only in a few minutes. He made me wait around for an hour and then mentioned he would deliver it through another method. I put up my auctions to purchase for 24hours and they have since expired. He also made me 'confirm receipt' on paypal on the spot claiming he needed to pay his supplier. He has since ghosted me despite still answering to any new enquiries.

Edit 1: BelTrans claimed that the gold was 'delivered' on a negative review for me. But as you can see from the link, the gold on my character hasn't changed in the past 3 days.
