Explain what happened:
Purchased 1-20 classic wow leveling which was successfully completed. Decided to get the 20-60 service and paid exactly what was show on the website, through their website. After no action on leveling, i contacted live chat and they told me to pay $100 more or they will refund and cancel the order. I already paid exactly the prices they have listed so I chose to refund. They said the leveler didn't think that was enough money and refused to level unless I paid more. Since agreeing to refund/cancel since no work was completed, they have ignored all requests to actually process the refund. After opening a complaint with PayPal they finally responded through their live chat telling me to cancel the complaint so they can refund. I don't have more proof then the below screenshot since they do not answer their skype, and I did not think to screenshot previous live chats. Now that they are rarely responding I don't have much to go off of. If you choose their live chat you can see it will show exactly the same with the same name below.

I don't use this often, but lesson learned to record/save all transcripts with everyone I deal with through here.

Both PayPal payments went directly through their website but show up as 2 different names and emails. Added above.
