What is the dispute about? Damien Pina Lopes approached us wanting to buy Cosmic Wings. We went out of our way and accommodated his budget and so he placed an order with us. We found the Wings less than 24 hours later and completed his order. Today, almost 2 weeks later, he files a chargeback on PayPal claiming he never received what he ordered. We got in touch with PayPal and they closed the case in our favor within minutes.
