scam report : Selling_Empire

Hello

I asked Selling_Empire Boss Raid.
But the server were different.
I knew that and I asked for a refund.
However, Selling_Empire did not refund with an unreasonable excuse.
I did not get a refund and I was blocked from Discord.
Empire Selling is a cheater.

Selling_Empire promised boss raid that He said boss raid in five hours.
I am rather waiting.
I have not received boss raid.
Selling_Empire did not use items to enter the boss raid.

I admit that I made a mistake.
It's not that I can not get a refund.
But I can not understand that there is no refund.

He only receives a bitcoin.
Do not allow refunds through PayPal dispute.
