i bought 500 gold and paid 35.09 via this site link to their site and on their site is a chat popup after i paid they told me there looking for a supplier then very next day i log in gw2 nothing no gold no mail no invites
so i chat again with "rebecca" told me we delivered more then 15 hour agao. bs no gold "i contacted a gm" to verify any such mails none. but what did happen and has never ever happened
i gave no acct info just a char name and 2 am "while i was asleep" someone requested a password change now never has this happen on any game i play

is the information from my account on their site. nothing was delivered now she immediatly emails and replys on owned copy we have video ok post it i said yesterday still nothing, no video, no gold
this contributor is using owned core "which i have been a member for many year! and its crazy so i have reported this to my bank as fraud and have filed a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home
which is the fbi internet unit. im a business owner my self and will not do business with any internet site that allows this so ill wait see what owned core does

If you spoke to him through Discord then please post a screenshot of the Discord ID. If you spoke to him through Skype then please post a screenshot with his Skype ID.

How did they request a password change on your account when you never gave them your account details as you stated? I don't understand how that is possible.

Somehow the link won't show. We already sent him link twice, and he kept coming to harass us. He also filed a chargeback, and a bogus FBI Report

Timeline of event
1.tommyboy69 bought gold on our site under the name henry copeland (Check Picture 1)
2.Gold was delivered within 8 hours. (Check delivery time on picture 2)
3.tommyboy69 claimed that the gold was not delivered and started to insult my employees. Tommyboy69 also stated we attempt an account recovery on gw2 account.... The only thing we have
is his GW2 in game name.....
4. We suspected that the gold might be confiscated. Even though we were not obligated to reimburse client if gold was confiscated after delivery, we still offered him to resend his order as a good will gesture.
- as for the account reset, check his statement above, he contacted "GM" to inquire about the gold we sent him.....No wonder the account reset email was sent to him.
5. tommyboy69 refused to talk reasonably and started to trolling on owendcore
6. tommy boy filed chargeback
7. tommyboy filed bogus FBI report
8. tommyboy opened bogus ownedcore thread falsely accuse MMOGOLD4USA

We require immediate payment of $35.09 +$25(chargeback fee we get charged by payments processor) and removal of all false comments on internet. In addition, we ask tommyboy69 to issue a formal statement to apologize to our staffs. If tommyboy fail to do all fo the above, please ban him right away so he wont be able to scam other gold sellers. It`s funny that a SCAMMER come here
to accuse a legit trader who also sponsors Ownedcore report.

Hi D3Boost, He paid with Credit Card directly through our merchant payment processor, it will normally take 1 - 2 weeks before we get notified. Since he already admitted he had notified his bank to chargeback this payment., I don't think there is any point to let this scammer continue scam people.

At bare minimum, you should put a waning or do no trade sign next to his name.
