Explain what happened: I contacted the seller via skype to negotiate a price for his posted rogue account. We agreed upon the price of 175.00. Communication was great until the payment went through and it was time to transfer the rogue to a fresh accoun in which we agreed to do. After a full day as the communication became less and less to an eventual stop I realized it was a scam.
