Payment Method Information: My paypal is [email protected] and the first email he told me to send the money to, was [email protected], then stated the money was "glitching out" because his paypal was new. He then asked me to send the money to [email protected] and I did, and he never responded really after that.

Value of Trade Involved: $100.00 USD is what I gave, and he took it, and he never gave me the account.
Did you use a middleman?: If yes, who? No, and I should have purchased one.
Provide more information on what leads to the dispute: I payed him with the 1/2 and 1/2 and he never gave me the account sec question or pass and so I have no access to the account and because I already sent him the money, he just took it and left.

Those email extensions are generated online and considered "fake emails". You should have seen that as a red flag right away.
