I should have been more carefull.

As offered on his Post he claimed to be the OO, i was getting on Skype and asked the Usual Questions to try to determin if he can be trusted or not.
We agreed to a Price and I was trasfering the Money over PayPal.

In his statements followed i went from happy to suspicous and then to fully alarmed, He made me call PayPal ti lift the " Hold " and they said they cant, so
all of a sudden he explained that his friend is playing the Account and he did not have the Details to share with me,
Then he asked me to wait untill the next Day, which I did, but gave him a Deadline because i have had a bad feeling.

He missed the first Deadline by writing me a Mail with an Excuse, I accepted, Then I waited over 2 Hours but he did not show up, I tried to chat with him in Sykpe
and by E-Mail with no success so I raised a PayPal Dispute.

Thats where we are standing right now.

most of what he said is true . BUT i do show up in skype and wait for him 1h 30min and he wasnt online .
i didnt scam anyone , neither him . he have his money back and its all good . i text him on skype that its his decision to wait for me or claim his money back . he claim the money back so thats it .

proof of what ? i didnt blame this guy for anything . i was the one who slow down the deal so he decide to shut it . he have his money back in return i just want to not call me a scammer , because i didnt scam anyone and i didnt even try to . thanks

Hankchinaski can you please confirm whether your money was refunded to you or not?

I can confirm that No Refund came in on my PayPal Account, he never did answer my Mail, never send any Account Details, he just sent more Lame Excuses on Skype, he is obviously trying to drag Time until PayPal lifts the " Hold " then he will be Off forever.

He Never showed up at Skype, that is a blatand Lie i already proofed with the Screenshots.
