lol, what if it's a new account I opened and don't really care about? but sent it to main account :P, it is not connected to anything.. no card.. no bank account.. can I just leave it with negative balance forever?

Trust me, don't try to outsmart PayPal with that kind of stuff

Besides, it's extremely easy for them to trace back the money sent and see that you have two PayPal personal accounts which is against their ToS and they'll quickly lock both of them and ask you to provide additional details and repay the negative balance before they unlock either one of them.
