Flagged account - wat do?

Hello people of the interwebs,

Almost 2 months ago I've been scammed by this particular individual, if you're interested you can find the topic here. He took my gold, I wrote the ticket to get the gold back and Blizzard simply decided not only to not give me the gold back but also to flag me for acc trading.
Now since I'm still trying to sell the account, now for much less than previously, the word "flag" simply scares the people away and I myself am scared that the account will be banned after any other IP will try to change something like an email address.

Can anything be done in this situation?
Can provide whole Blizz ticket but they basically said that they will no longer discuss this with me.

Hello, I think nothing can be done now, just have to be careful in the future what you do with the account.

I guess it's just a warning, so the next time you do something bad you will be permanent banned. It's hard to say since each cases are different. This question can't be answered more specifically than a Game Master though.
