You can't sign up with chrome. You should try signing up with firefox if you have problems.

Well, I don't know why. But it didn't work for me: I clicked on the button at the end of the page and all that happened was, that the button turned gray. and when I went back into the captcha thing and hit enter, the button went colored again, but went gray again when I hit it again, so ...
