WoW: Patch 5.2 PTR To Come Soon

This just in, Blizzard has announced that they will be releasing patch 5.2 content on the World of Warcraft Public Test Realm coming early January of 2013.

As a holiday present, they have announced that the Thunder King will rise this patch. Lots of new content that includes Thunder Isle, an area that will be open to players in preparation for venturing into the new raid where the Thunder King resides. Tier 15 will be presented in this raid as well.

Let's all keep our eyes out for any dev maps that may leak into the mpq's -- Also, that teaser image is great, indicating Mogu influence in the 5.2 patch - I wonder if this is the island that's currently obstructed, or if that's still a patch or two out - it doesn't look like that island in the teaser, so I'm thinking that this is something completely new and not implemented in the slightest currently.

Im not sure if that is the island or not. When I visited the island, it looked kinda like this, but I was under the impression that it was a new island for the Trolls to take over on. Not entirely sure though, we will have to wait and see!

It won't be out until early January according to Blizzard.

Yet people have the models and maps and so on, which means there is a way to get the build.
