Hardcore Official Servers arrive on 8/24

CLASSIC HARDCORE REALMS OPEN 24 AUGUST!
Face Azeroth’s dangers in WoW Classic’s Hardcore realms and see just how far you can go. You only have one life to live, and the Spirit Healers won’t be there to whisper sweet nothings and send you back out into the world of the living when you die. Death is permanent, and once you’ve been bested by the environment (or even other players), you’ll need to create a new character to try, try again

I think this will be pretty interesting.
Quite enjoyed playing with the HC addon on Classic servers. Hopefully it will be even better when it's dedicated servers for the purpose.
Hopefully more classes than warlock/hunter will be viable for a pleasant leveling process too, eventually.

Agreed. Because its not raiding focused for many and since a lot of deaths will occur I think it will keep the low level zones and dungeons vibrant for quite some time. Also enjoyed POE HC at times because of its unique economy compared to softcore. Im curious how the economy will be in this

Such an 'HC Addon' would do what?...

I believe these two things will keep much of the spirit of HC alive without being overly restrictive for players.
