Rules:

1. Your entry must be original. Any plagiarized work will be means for disqualification (and likely public ridicule!)
2. Your entry need not be about WoW directly! It must however, be meaningful for any of our 3 sites (MMOwned, FPSOwned, RTSOwned). Your article will likely be posted on the most relevant site's front page.
3. Your writing MUST contain at least 1000 words, and no more than 3000 words.
4. Failure to use a spell-checker, etc, before entry will likely mean losing points.
5. Entries MUST be in English only!
6. Any images within your writing may include bonus points, however they do not go towards your word count. - This is entirely up to the judges discretion!
7. You may enter ONCE. However, you may edit your entry at any time before the contest ends. (Just send me the edited version) If I deem the versions are too far different, I'll exclude it as an entry.
8. Receiving infractions, or temporary bans during the contest will be means for disqualification.
9. News Team & Staff cannot enter!

Interesting, the scope of subjects available for writing about is formidable, but going into enough detail as to match the 1000 word count and remain interesting is another matter entirely. Time to do some frameworks.
