Help Please! vB Code doesn't allow tables!

Would appreciate any help on this. I'm trying to post a list of GM commands as a guide for Mangos private server but its formatted in a table. I only know how to post tables using HTML but thats disabled here. Does anyone know how I can post a table structure in MMOwned.com?

I really don't want to type each command name and explanation seperately. Theres 183 commands.

Ehm, yes? HTML is disabled due to obvious reasons...

Due the the nature of MMOwned and the attention it attracts we obviously have some malicous users who would abuse the HTML feature so yes it is disabled in the forums and i see no way for it to be enabled either.
