    Must post a welcome thread before being able to comment/post a thread

    Sup guys,

    I've seen alot of spam recently and I've been thinking of ways which we could avoid this and one of them is restricting users to have to post a new thread in the newbie section before they are able to post anywhere else. I think it'd stop a fair bit of spam if we have something like this implemented because some of the spam/bot users have over 60 posts of pure shit.

    Also, is there no captcha during registration? another thing which could be added?
