i can take it off.. i was trying to figure out a way to make the elite groups name's stick out.. i guess i shouldve stuck to a font color change instead of a style around it.. okay ill remove it until i come up with a better idea.

Yeah, having flames, maybe animated, coming up and absorbing the name would look cool :P

Animated stuff like that can be really annoying and distracting, just depends on its placement and how it is used I guess. I personally wouldn't use anything animated in this situation, its distracting from the post.
