Custum Error Messages for New Users

As a new user to the site, I spent about an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't post to a particular board. Not really a big deal, after the fifth try I dug around to find out if others were having the same problem, and found the answer. I didn't have enough posts to qualify the section in question, and this makes perfect sense to me.

It would be helpful though if the forum responded with a message saying why I wasn't allowed to post. The message I got made it look like the forum software barfed. Not a big deal, but might be worth the time to fix if enough new folks are encountering it and you have to respond to questions regarding the issue.
