Yeah, I thought that it was removed, until I read a post where somebody said that it's the tiny * that's barely visible.

I think you guys should add a +rep button that matches the color scheme.

Ye, I agree, however I found it myself as I've been on the honorbuddy forum for some time and I've noticed that we've copied that part, they have a star and the report sign where we have ours.
But ye, as you say, it's very hard to find it, especially as it's matching with the gray background.
