MMOwned Has Lost Its Feel | Switch to Fluid-Based Skin

First off, the new Vbulletin is incredibly buggy as it was hastily released. There was no urgent need to upgrade to this Vbulletin, and in doing so I feel that MMOwned lost its classic "feel" it had for so many years.

Anyhow, thats just my take on it. Now to an actual suggestion.

Switch the forum skin to a fluid-based skin, because the sidebar makes the forums WAY too cluttered. If you're going to implement a sidebar, it needs to be fluid. Otherwise a fixed skin is going to have issues with the sidebar.

We're still trying to see where the general public stands on certain things.

Unfortunately, we were asking for feedback for a good 3 months, and didn't get much. Now that everyone is forced to see the changes, they want to complain about it.

We'll try and address as many of the issues as we can, but it's definitely not a 'simple' thing to do. (Especially since people don't want to speak up until after the fact, and then, it's usually just bitching)

As for the sidebar, we're still playing with that, and unfortunately, bugs are everywhere. (There are only so many we can actually catch with only 4 people actually working on the forum. I tried to get as many as I could find before we opened, but it's impossible to catch them all until there's a public release.)

Over the next week, things will be much less... stupid...

I do apologize for bugs you find, but there really isn't much we can do about it until people bring it to our attention.

The sidebar can (now, maybe it wasn;t before) be minimized / slided over so you don't have to deal with it. As far as I am concerned, fluid skins are just annoying because then the forums will show up differently for every user, and well yeah. In my opinion, the static skin is better (and I like the overall feel of the new forums.)
The entire 'VB4' experience isn't quite as polished as the old forums were, but this could be related to the skin threadbits and ajax not the forums themselves. I do enjoy the new features of the forums too, so I think it was a good switch. (IPB FTWWW)
