I think the system is fine the way it is, not alot of higher up people use the name change feature, if you do decide to change it, take your time and think, else its tough, you're stuck with the name you've chosen.

Well, if you are a donator+, you should get free name-changes even if they are on cooldown, as we already paid/donated.

This is actually a good idea in my opinion. Will make MMOwned some money and Ket can just get a mod or 2 on it. (I'm sure people will do this for free if you find the right ones)

Name changes are logged. So the issue with scamming is fairly small. (Still very possible, but easily tracked.)

Name changes would be done by hand anyway, so it's not like someone can scam you, then have their name changed instantly.
