New subthread in Bots and Programs for questions

The thing is in Bots and Programs Questions cannot be asked and this means that unless someone downloads a bot and wants to post a review or a guide on how to use people do not learn about this bot and the people who use this bot stay away from mmowned cause it would not help them with their bot.

But if people are allowed to actively ask questions about new bots they find it would allow more people in the mmowned community figure out that a review and guide for this bot would be helpful and then start possible a new map pack for programs like glider since, sadly gilder lost the court case T.T, but anyways it would help the community grow because more people reading about new bots and people currently building bots finding out what makes those bots special. IMO it would be a win win. mmowned gets more members and bots become stronger and better.
