Wow has gotten so patched and blizzard is so up the ass now... exploration is dead, scams are dying, every 1 in 100 posted "exploits" are even usefull if not a repost, bots and programs is still going strong, The emu section only applies to those who pay private servers, i play retail as well as many others.

aight i didnt think i explained it very well... Ok... well walljumping is dead, weve seen everything in wow already so exploration is dead, bliazzard is really uptight about scams now...scaming is dying... botting is fine atm same with hacks, Exploits are 60% reposts 30% useless threads and maby 10% usefull information, emu is alright i guess but also if you dont no lua or C++ your also not going to get any repz there unless you answer a question.... and all the usefull stuff is posted in the contrib section which is hard enough to get to seeing as (as i wrote above) alot of the mmowned sections are dead/dying.

Yea, takes to long for all ranks, reduce contrib to 50-60 rep and elite to 250-300

I acctually agree with this post-- its getting much harder to get rep these days because everything that is realyl usefull has already been posted

though I dont think its that hard to get enough rep to post in the trade section... and I DISAGREE that scamming is dead-- I scam now more than ever and I have no trouble coming up with new methods in that department

IMO botting is dead and scamming is fine, but whatever.

And keep rep req's the same I reckon, if you really do contribute something that's actually good then you'll get contributor no problem at all, to lower it just means the standards are going to be lower which kinda sux. Get donator if you cba getting 80 rep.

Yea actually, I getted 40 reputation out of a "I make your model editings swaps"... Now you need to post l33t stuff to get some reputation

WoW Is getting -to- old & they start fixing all exploits & scams instantly (security token)... So actually getting reputation is facking hard these days ^^ I can understand it that some people find it way to much effort ...

Botting : Dead
Exploration : Dead (No walljumping)
Scams : Its getting really hard to scam WoW accounts. I can scam 15 AoC accounts in the time that I scam 1 WoW account ...
Guides : That is still a nice section
Exploits : Like somebody said 60% Repost, 30% Useless, 10% Real scams which get instantly flamed by some players... (Because they didn't even read the thread)

...and why do you need to earn so rep ****ing bad? Isn't this community all about contributing and getting stuff for free not "omg i need to get eite tomorrow *post post post post post new threads*".

EDIT: Now that WotLK is coming out it gives it more exploration possbilitys, more emu, more model editing, more guides, and possibly even more scams.

i dissagree, if you lowerd the rep then the forum will be full of contributers. and to get anything lower than 80 all you would need it something like 4 model edits or a very good program or two.

there would be more contributers than active users, the contributer section and shared is only for people who realy try hard and contribute, thats why its hard to get to contributer.

This is how I see it.

Yellow/white is the new pink.
Pink is the new purple.
Purple is the new blue.
Blue is the new orange.
Orange is the new white.
White is the new gray.

We have tons of leeching contributors since 80 rep is nothing really.

If you are going to change the rep, please higher it a bit.
