I don't think this is a good idea at all.

Donating money is definitely a contribution to the site, but it isn't a rep worthy contribution and rep is what you need and should need to get into the Contributor section.

When you have proved that you have contributed to the site enough with rep worthy posts (when you have gotten 80 rep) you will be given access to the Contributor section, and I am pretty sure that's how it will stay.

unfortunately quite a few donators is the cause that we wont have this, they leeked stuff, asked question, asked for help, asked for accounts etc. so we decided it was better to give each usergroup their own forum.
then if a donator receives 80+ rep then they will get the access.
