Make the newcommers pass a test.

I would like to suggest that the newcommers, should pass a test.
The test should be questions from the rules, to make sure, that they red them.
Why?
Alot of people come here to leech. What is leechers usally? Lazy! So we need to make the lazy people to do stuff. Make the test really hard, so they have to look after the questions. IF they'r lazy enough, they wont start reading, and they wont be on MMowned. If they read, that means that we get some active users of MMowned.

Sound redicouless, imo. People might come here and leech, but everyone got the rights to access this site (Hackers doesn't count). What if you for example got dyslexia? This would be a nightmare.
Those who deserve to get banned get banned. Imo the mods does a great job here. I know it's a simple test, but still. Some leechers actually try to contribute, but in some cases, people are way too lazy to click the rep button. I might not like leechers, but some of them does try to contribute.
It's simple. Just read the rules when you sign up, if not, it's your own fault if you get banned.
