MMowned Using Members Avatars?

In the avatar section where are the main ones are that say member on them, why can't people make avatars and Matt can decide to put them up with those ones that say members and stuff?

if you make em and post them in this section, i'll make them available for everyone to choose from them if you like em. there are A LOT of avatars to choose from. some earned by having more posts and higher repuation.
