Why are my emails being ignored?

I have been trying to contact you guys for ages now and my attempts just seem to be ignored.

I have created this account Zyxa2 because my Zyxa account password has changed and I have no idea what it is.

I followed the standard procedure of resetting the password to which a response came back telling me that a new password had been sent to the email of my original account registration. I have done this several times and had no such email arrive for my account and its becoming increasingly irritating.

Please aid me in fixing this case as I am waiting to donate via that account again but am beginning to wonder why I'm bothering.

If you used a hotmail, outlook, msn, or onedrive email account, then it's likely due to your email service. These all belong to Micro$oft and are known to block certain website's emails. So you send a question to the team at OC, and then MS blocks replies. Even if you whitelist the domain, it will still get blocked. IF that's the case, petition MS to get it whitelisted or start using gmail.

Thanks for addressing a potential cause but your response doesn't help me in anyway what so ever recover my old account.

ip address was probably the same as im on now when it was last logged in, i still have emails from you from months ago on the above email telling me my donation elite status is going to be running out soon etc.

also, I registered for this account about a week ago, just yesterday got the activation email. So email service was lagging really hard. I use hotmail.

I tried resending you a PW reset link to the email you provided. If you still don't get it, send a Private Message to KuRIoS with the info he requested.

edit: I just tried sending myself a password reset link to see if the service is up and running, and I got the email from OC instantly. Check your spam folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
