Reverting/Not Giving What I Purchase..

Thanks for your time reading this.. I've had two major issues while using this site so far:
1) I've purchased "Red" title for once of my post, yet my title in Forums remained Green for the first week. I assumed when the CC charge would renew the following week, then it would at least change, still nothing. Two weeks of a Red title I paid for, but haven't received.
2) Yesterday I had changed the name of my post, saved it, was working fine, the CC are gone, yet today I come to realize the name reverted itself back to the original name..

I'm new to the site, so I'm not sure what customer support could do to look into this or even if this is the right place to post this issue, but if looking into my CC purchases is possible, you'll clearly see both purchases, and no changes to the post. Halting all CC purchases until the matter is addressed, thank you again.

About the red/green title, we're aware of this and the reason it happens is because green title (premium trade thread) overrides red title.

I'll make sure you get refunded your CoreCoin for your title change and topic change. Hopefully we'll get a fix in place for this very soon.

Fantastic response time. Thank you very much, I appreciate it. (P.S I wasn't sure where to post at first, so I put this exact thread into CC Bugs at first. I'm not sure if I can, or a moderator can, but if there's a way to close/delete it, that'd be great as well)
