IE8 Top menu bar right justified over the search box menu

    IE8 Top menu bar right justified over the search box

    I am forced to use IE8 at work and when I go to the OC site the top menu bar is right justified in the browser and overlaps the search box on the right.

    Resizing the windows has both the top menu and the search box as being right justified.
