Disable two factor authentication on my account pleas

Hello,
I don't have a code for years now and the only place I can log into my account is my parent house IP address, I rarely use this account nowadays but still, it would be a shame to lose it.

TLDR: I don't have access to my old phone or the stupid google 2fa app. I can't disable it, and there is just one place I can log into my account.

You are unable to remove it yourself in Settings > My Account > Two-Factor Authentication?

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I tried that first and when you actually click on disable two-factor authentication, it asks for code.

I don't really have a solution to this.

I tried writing to google a few times but never got a reply back.

Yeah, i'll probably have to give up this account. Even thought I don't want to do that
