Question about signature campaign

Hey guys,

I want to launch Eldorado signature campaign. I would be creating signatures like mine for everybody who wants it, with a custom code (instead of OWNEDCORE) in my sig. Everybody who would sign up using that code would get free $5 on Eldorado + the person whose code was used would receive $5 as well. What is the right section to post it?
