Problem with auto-renewal

So I've had this issue before, and apparently a few months back I was automatically charged the donator fee. This is AFTER I requested to have it cancelled because it had auto-renewed previously, without my knowledge or permission. So I've apparently been a donator for 3 months and just didn't notice. A little upset looking back and seeing the charge, and also curious why this has happened TWICE. This is also not a "consecutive" issue as the last time this happened was early last year, and I did not renew my sub/dono then either. Just cannot figure out how it keeps subscribing me randomly, or if maybe it's attached to March somehow, and I recall that being when the last happened as well.
