My question regarding Smurf’s and boosted accounts use lower rank to get the higher

Mainquestion is I’m looking to play on account st 3500 up just honestly think I can contend there. But the climbing is so toxic it’s hard to reach.
So this is my plan to try out that rank more and be happy if I stick, if not it’s a free de rank.

So I’m aware buying accounts with high rankings or boosting would help. I’m attempting to not spend money as my game passion is depleting plus I’m not comfortable with the prices
