I have been locked out of my account - Please help.
Hi,
My phone has become faulty and I can no longer access my account since it's requesting for the two-step verification because it has detected a different IP. The reason why it has detected a new IP is because my internet runs on a Dynamic IP so since the modem was reset as of last night, the IP address must have changed
I have already filled out a help request via 'contact us' form and have emailed the support email using the email address linked to my actual account but haven't received a response.

I can provide proof of purchase with the corecoins that I purchased using a paypal account a couple of months ago.
Can an admin try to get in contact with me, please?

The backup code was saved on my phone that has become faulty.
It was my mistake to keep it there.
