Donator subscription renewed just hours ago, is a refund possible?

I do not need or want the donator benefits anymore (and cannot afford it!) so I cancelled the subscription just now but it was renewed and charged 4 hours ago..

Is there any Admin that can reverse the charge? Yes, it's my fault for not cancelling on time but money is super tight and literally every dollar saved helps.

Thanks I would really appreciate that. Just to follow up and make sure it goes through, I still see the pending charge and no refund yet. Have you gotten a chance to put that through yet?
