Are Non-middleman disputes being mediated?

Hi, question: If I sell something here and the buyer scammed me out of payment, without using OC's middleman system, is OC going to mediate and will take appropriate action (ban, maybe) against the scammer?

Hello Kennalc,

If you get scammed, whether buyer or seller, a Scam Report is needed to be filed, appropriate proof submitted.
Action is taken against the offending account accordingly.
