I would change the processor to the I7 3770K or the 4th gen version.
Pick up a small SSD for your essential programs (Photoshop, after effects etc) And your OS.
Change your GFX to a GTX770 - Price difference is around 40 GBP here for a MUCH bigger gain. See here... http://www.hwcompare.com/14635/gefor...force-gtx-770/

The rest loooks good. You could perhaps get a better cooler if you plan to overclock but the 212 is about the best one you can get on a budget.

Thanks for your reply , i allready baught this rig and prices in my country are too much different, for the i7-3770K i'm not a fun of overclocking, 4th gen will not give me that much gain so no needs to waste money for that, i'm alright about the SSD for cashing my programs and OS, the graphics card maybe later

thank you again Shameless iX see you arround

I don't see any reason to upgrade at all. Your computer have enough power to last at least two more years, especially if you're only using it for video editing. The GTX 670 combined with your cpu have enough power to push 60 fps in newer games like battlefield at a resolution of 1920x1080 if you don't use any anti aliasing.

If you're thinking about upgrading I'd recomment waiting for the next generation of cpus and gpus. Nvidia for example is releasing their 800 series desktop gpus in october.
    Molested myself and got convicted.

Faster ram could help if you are doing extensive video editing.
