    Graphics card to say a 460 or an ATI 6870 then get DDR3 1333mhz ram instead of DDR2 (may require a new moboard)

    Get an HD Radeon 6970 if you have the money, cause your GFX card needs an upgrade.

    Upgrade your gpu (Graphic card). Your RAM is kinda old too but it shouldn't be much of a problem.

    EDIT: Don't get a 6970 unless you plan on buying watercooling for it. The original cooling is really bad.

    loving my gtx460, got it cheap a few months ago. runs bf3 perfectly... is it ultra? no, but being blinded on 50 levels of whites by a team mates flashlight isn't too much fun, so everything on high works out good. no extra cooling or overclocking.

    My xfx was on 40c idle and 80c at load with 50% fan speed so it was loud as ****. I don't call that good cooling. :P

    Seeing as BF3's ultra isnt much different from high atm - i would assume it would get about 30fps @ 1080p

    Alright so I'm leaning towards a 560TI, now there's so much to choose from..

    This is from two different websites, one of the names are very similar but one of them has (Fermi) in the name, what does that mean?
    These are the names just for good measure;
    ASUS ENGTX560 TI DCII TOP/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
    ASUS GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB DirectCU II (ENGTX560 Ti DCII TOP/2DI/1GD5) - PCI-E / DVI / HDMI

    It can be noted that the first option is way cheaper, but I think thats just cause its from a different website. (At least it feels like the website selling the second option always been a little bit expensive, and the first option always been cheap.)

    Also will upgrading my RAM from 800mhz to 1600 make a difference?
