Max power + max power efficiency possible, pls help

Good morning to all.
I need a little hand for a project I have in mind, and I know that here, people chewing well the numbers, I find so much.

The idea 'this:
I'm assembling a computer that I will use to play games MMORPG / type and not Diablo 3, WOW, GW2 etc etc, and the particularity and 'that often I'll boxando more characters at a time, that' throwing more clients on the same machine and using them together where possible, through programs created by me and no where .. bo, I'll see then.

The point is, 'they should be run like 6/8 clients in the same game together, mind you, resolution etc all graphics settings to the minimum.

In addition often use VMWare and I wish I could create some virtual machines on which to run the client of their respective games, in short, I need a little power BUT!

All this for many hours a day!

I own already 2 pc with which I am something like that, but consume a bang supply! so I'm turning to you performing components, but at the minimum consumption possible.

In 2 words:
Pls give me a hand to choose the components with the best power / power consumption , keeping calculation Power most inportant?

my idea ':
Processor: I7 4770k (probably will not overclock to save current)
M / B: pls help
Ram: 16Gb 2x8GB (I think 32 is to much and consume more)
HDD: I have a samsung pro 840 256gb and I will try to do enough to lower consumption
S / Video: pls help, here I am, in complete darkness, my current HD 6800 Series 1GB performs well but if I can get better and maybe less consumption would be cool!
Case: the most practical, quiet, cool as possible at a price not theft
Power: 650Watts? Bronze? Gold? if you have particular ideas pls do not be shy
CPU fan: is turned on 24/7 for weeks efficent and low power consumption, the minimous number needed....
Writer: I own already
Monitor: I have 3 monitors 24 inches and connect them all to him res: 1920x1080
Other: maybe I missed something ..

Budget: about 1000 Euro if less, is better. and i buy it in Europe

Hearing some expert voices would be nice, even becouse consume less Power and keep a good Calculation Power is a matter most uf us are interessed in.

Basically just choose the most recent generation stuff you can find.
Cpu: Very good. You can even undervolt it to save more.
M/b: Random one since hashwell has moved most powerhungry thing inside cpu already.
Ram: Find the ram with lowest voltage
SSD is good choice for low power consumption and is faster.
video: any current generation video card is good, i cannot say id amd or nvidia is better now
PSU: Probably the most important one, platinum efficency is the best then gold silver bronze..
