ok so this is the second time I have purchased this mouse and after about a month or two it would occasionally either wouldnt respond for a couple or seconds or the right click would bugger itself, whenever i reset my pc it would be fine so i ignored it, the first mouse completely stopped working altogether so i took it back and got a new one, the second one has just jammed the right click so i cant click at all, anyone know a solution or had this problem?

If you still have guarantee or if any country laws cover it... Return it and get a new one.

I have a RAT 9 for over 2 years, and have yet to have a single issue.

RAT 7 is wired I am assuming? (9 is wireless) Have you tried a different USB port? or even another computer?

Also .. don't install the software it comes with. Just use the windows drivers.

its nothing to do with the software, i physically cannot press the right click, i would get a new one but im not going to bother getting a new one if i have to replace it every 2 or 3months
