Need help rebuilding my computer

Computer was given to me as a gift 2 years ago, really only used it for WoW and LoL.
I have a computer I use already for Diablo Botting, but want to fix this up to run at least 3-4 diablo windows without serous chopping.

Trying to keep it cheap, not to expensive. Gotta save money for college noodles.

System Model: MSI-7581
Processor: Intel{R} Core{TM} i5 CPU 661 @ 3.33GHz (4 CPUs)
Memory: 2048 MB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260

what kind of ram can i get for cheap but great quality

how much would a comp like the one listed in your sig roughly cost
