Hey there, i know this is a wow forum but i know many of you play Counter Strike: Source
I found this script (yes script, not a program) on an other site, and thought i would share it here

There is a read me in the rar, but here you go if you are to lazy
Extract the rar file on your desktop, you will see the read me, and a folder called hackmenu, open that folder, and copy the contents to cstrike (C: - Programs - Steam - SteamApps - Your account name - Counter Strike: Source - cstrike)
When in game open the console and type: exec svcheatshack (Do this while on the server.)

You will then see this in the console:
