I have been surfing this site recently on my friends computer when I was in chicago, however when I returned home to Singapore, I realised my home pc could not access this site.When I enter mmowned.com, all I see is a white screen with two worrds(No Proxy) I have been trying to solve this problem with no success. Internet options proxy thingy is disabled too.

Well, disable your proxy/ies.

Maybe not just in your Internet options, maybe you have something like an IP hider installed or something like a proxy program..
