Paypal Account without Credit Card

I have a PayPal Acct. at the moment but I never put in a credit card, but then again, I haven't tried to put money on it or anything :P

I think what you may be able to do, is go a convenience store, such as 7-11, WaWa (yum) or anything like that and buy a prepaid debit card. I myself have not done this, and I am not sure whether they make you fill out a form with your name and such when you buy it.

just register and when you come to the credit card part click cancel and you got a paypal account without credit card!

Yes, you can. Although, some sites require you to have a credit card/bank linked to your paypal for further verification/proof of identity - but yes you can create a paypal and people can send you money and then you have an 'e-balance'.

If your referring to Identity Theft thats extremely illegal and I wouldn't recommend doing it.
