Mozilla Firefox Proxy

I didnt think of posting something like this untill i say Humpasaur's topic http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-sc...rer-proxy.html.
This is pretty much the same thing but for Mozilla Firefox users. Thanks for the idea Hump and nice guide BTW.
I guess this can go under guides but its more suited under scams.

So this is a guide to use a proxy without downloading some programs. A proxy hides your identiy when your on the internet, so if you use a IP in Japan your some asain guy in Japan. Get it?

First things first go to "Tools" then "Options".




Next we go to the "Advanced" tab at the top and then go to the tab "Network" just below that. And click that first button the right titled "settings".




Now you should see



Haha the proxy i was messing around with is right there.


Next we click on "Manual proxy configuration". And where i put the XXX's is where you throw in your IP and Port.




Sorry Hump im jacking your neat proxy sites because they are nice and i like them haha.

Nothing loaded? Check your ip with ipchicken before you do this. Then use a proxy and check it again.

the reason i didn't do this guide yet is because you have to talk about the SOCK_4 and 5 and all that mumbo jumbo. Ya...

Most proxys are slow so its going to take a long time to load.
