    Paypal dispute. Please help

    Hello, so I sold an virtual account about 10-15 days ago and now a buyer filed a dispute. O got this message from Paypal this morning "The buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder's knowledge or consent of transacted in error". The fact is, that he sent the money for friends and family. What should I respond to Paypal ?
    By the way, I see that in the case is written "Unauthorized Claim" so is it possible that Paypal will close this case without my explanation ?

    You should call Paypal up and explain the sitiuation. He probabaly told paypal his account was hacked etc, so they will check for access by IP's that are not his, and most likely not find anything, and you will find.

    If you sold a WoW account, get hold of blizzard to recover it.

    Nope it wasn't wow account. and I'm not from US so it's quite complicated to call them. What can I respond to them ?

    by the way, he sent a payment through mobile application, so Paypal can't see his real IP.

    Sorry for a super late answer. I don't know if this got resolved or not. You can still call them without being from the US. In my country we have paypal support in our own language, and I live in a pretty small country. What account did you sell? You can try to recover it, or atleast get it banned.
